In September 1994 begin Chris (Senior), Oppermann Makelaars BK as onafhanklike makelary om saam met sy seuns te kan werk.
Jannie begin in Welkom ’n tak en Chris (senior) en Chris (junior) in Upington.
In Junie 1998 trek Jannie na Upington om saam met Pa en Broer die kantoor in Upington te beman
Januarie 1999 betrek Oppermann Makelaars hulle eie kantoor in Robinsonstr 25.
